Josh is a very caring & compassionate farrier that takes the time to get to know his clients, horse & owner. Very knowledgeable about horses, he doesn't just think about feet & offers honest professional advice. Josh has supported me through a lot with both my horses over the last 18 months, being so patient & understanding of all of my concerns, offered great assurance and has taught me so much. Without his skills, my golden oldie wouldn't be here and now he looks so well & comfortable. My mare has stopped being footy / foot sore too. Josh always says he can't work miracles but he will always try, upto now, he's been a miracle worker for my two. I think what sets Josh apart, is that he knows some conditions cannot be fixed / reserved but he takes the time to find out how he can make the horses more comfortable & how to improve the horse's management. Rather than give up as it can't be fixed.

Josh has been great with me, even when I'm flapping! He always let's me voice my opinion then offers guidance, assurance & options. He has adjusted the way he works to my horses needs despite it making the job harder for him. Never once is it about himself, its always about the welfare of the horse. It is very important to find a farrier that you can trust, and I can honestly say that I am very lucky that I found Josh. Thank you for all your amazing work.

Josh is an excellent farrier for my Iberian horse and really understands the breed. Would absolutely recommend him especially for remedial work, patient and extremely knowledgeable yet innovative.

Josh and his dad came to shoe my spanish stallion. Josh was the one working on him and was very patient, understanding of his stallion behaviour (when other horses came in or out of the stables), not in a rush at all and did the most amazing job. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a farrier and I'm so glad we found him!
